The MedWiz Corp. has developed a particularly exciting on-line medical record and its cousin, a scientific research database allowing for querying, statistical analysis, etc. This product is an indispensable aid and in great demand by departments in medical schools, teaching hospitals and vertical medical groups. In particular, in this area, we have completed the cardiology specialty and have implemented this medical record/(cardiology) scientific research database in the University of Miami School of Medicine Department of Cardiology and the Cardiovascular Center.

It should be pointed out that the Scientific Research database, along with all other software which we have is HIPAA compliant and fully web-enabled on-line software. That is, anyone with access to a browser will be able, with appropriate access rights, to access our software. The MedWiz Corp.'s software is HIPAA compliant. All software on our servers is encrypted and secure. The MedWiz implements user authentication and restricts access of data according to authorization.
